Baptism Request

If you desire baptism, please complete the form below and your name will be given to the church office. We will schedule you for baptism classes or a one-on-one conversation to help you understand your decision and help prepare you spiritually. When you're ready, you can schedule a date for your baptism with the church office, which often takes place during a regular worship service or a special gathering after service where you are free to invite loved ones to witness and support your decision.
